Anyone who works 6+ hours/day is considered a full-time employee. The average salary per week: $200 - $500. It is rare to get the maximum salary—it won't be a definite $500 each time! ($300 is more common.) Part-timers will never receive full pay. Do not expect to make above $500 per week, unless you get insanely huge tips. What are you, a celebrity?
Aside from their main tasks, everyone has waiter/waitress duties by default. Everyone is also expected to clean up equally. No one's allowed to escape from janitorial duties!
Heads are marked by a crown icon. Juniors/kouhai are apprentices and indicated by a candy icon. They must always be supervised by a senior/senpai.

if a barista is below legal drinking age, they are not allowed to work with alcoholic drinks! leave that to the qualified baristas, okay, kids?

the guys with cashier responsibilities. hear that money chime? but really, most of them are either just plain troublemakers or lazy asses who sleep with newspaper on their face. that aside, they handle table check in/out. they also take care of take-outs and gift boxing. and if there's missing money, blame them.

aside from delivering your crap, they handle procurement. procurement involves restocking the bakery and cafe appropriately. they also make sure that the delivery vehicles are fueled properly among other commerce duties. you know, just in case anyone does funny business like run off with the cafe's goods. they'd be ready to chase them down.
if a delivery handler does not have a driving license, then they can use other means of transportation. the delivery van is not required! this means they can ride whatever the hell they want, as long as they get the job done and on time. ride a horse for all we care.

Everyone must wear an apron, especially if they're a chef or a barista. There's no dress code for the aprons. Here are some suggestions. Actually, feel free to wear even something like this and be judged forever. theme and interior Façade. Yeah, we love that wall, too.
The main entrance and front counter. Open air dining area. More tables located beside the counter. The cashier's station.
Interior A. The private dining area and the barista's station. Pretend the wallpapers are bears instead.
Interior B. The food glass case and the baker's station.
Interior C. The second floor. More private dining areas. There's books to read, too! Best area to keep kids in. There is also a game machine in the corner — a UFO catcher containing these little guys.
Interior D. The vehicle check-in & supply area and the delivery carrier's station. The door leads to the employee's parking lot. See third image at right!
Interior E. The kitchen and the staff lounge. "Employees Only" areas! More details about the lounge below.
The back. The back entrance of the cafe, what else should we say. There's also an ugly bear sign at the back. it has survived various customer/employee abuse... Kara the ginger cat and her six kittens live here! Please give them love.

The staff lounge is an exclusive room for employees. It is a room to wind down or to relax for break time. Employees may eat lunch here or play video games until their shift comes up. Killing time while waiting for someone to come pick you up? Or maybe you just wanted a nap? You can stay here for a while. Just don't let Vietnam catch you slacking off.
It says "EMPLOYEES ONLY" but nobody's actually keeping track here. Regular customers may sometimes be seen inside. Kids like Anna Kushina, Ib, and Aladdin are often here, as this is where they wait for their guardians to finish their shift.
This area also has locker rooms, where employees can change in private or simply keep away their personal belongings. There are separate locker rooms for men and women. There's a shower, but it's currently broken.
